Karara Mining Limited is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our collaborative team in Perth. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing generalist HR support to our office.
Job Description
* Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, reporting and offboarding activities.
* Maintain accuracy of HR data and complete regular HR reporting.
* Provide first-level advice on HR and employee relations matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
* Generalist HR experience preferably within mining, resources or heavy industry sectors.
* Understanding of Fair Work Act and general HR/ER practices.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
