Our client is a growing WA owned retailer with a strong presence in the outdoor and mechanical industry, mainly supplying equipment used in cars, caravans & 4WD's. As a result of ongoing growth, they are looking to expand into all states across Australia and New Zealand, requiring them to add a strong Administrator to their team.
What will this position entail?
This role will see you providing strong support to the Procurement team, responsible for the below duties:
* Prepare and format product documentation, including test sheets, specification files, and certification records.
* Manage central product and procurement folders, keeping timelines, samples, and related data up to date.
* Coordinate with suppliers to obtain samples, information, and delivery updates while supporting ongoing relationship management and basic negotiations.
* Oversee stock planning and forecasting to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support ordering decisions.
* Handle the full product ordering workflow, ensuring all required documents, approvals, and information are completed accurately.
