Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager is a pivotal role in marketing LPG to a satisfied and growing customer base. You will lead a successful team, driving profitable growth while ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
About the Role:
* Lead a high-performing team in achieving sales, service charges, and customer growth targets
* Develop and execute annual budgets with financial accountability
* Maintain optimal margins and costs within designated budget limits
* Ensure depot operations adhere to safety standards
* Create and implement training plans to enhance staff efficiency and capability
* Recruit, retain, and develop a motivated team aligned with company philosophies and goals
* Manage team performance, including drivers, through regular feedback and appraisals
* Collaborate with Regional Transport Manager to optimize transport efficiencies
Key Qualifications:
* Strong customer focus and business acumen
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing direct reports
* Excellent communication skills
* Valid driver's license with a clean history
* Willingness to travel between locations
