Meet your new team
Based out of our Balcatta store, you will be joining a high energy, supportive team, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service, managing product service and repairs in store.
Responsibilities
* Promptly meet and greet customers, understanding their service and support needs.
* Make recommendations for service/repair options and provide quotes.
* Proactively complete product service including replacing parts as needed.
* Work with the store manager to order spare parts, tools and equipment for servicing and repairs.
* Effectively communicate with customers on service status including advising of work completion and invoicing on completion.
* Assist with customer service enquiries.
The successful candidate
* Our ideal candidate for the Service Technician role will demonstrate experience in completing service/repair work on mobility equipment like scooters, e-scooters and bikes.
* An understanding of electronics including down to the component or part level.
* Exceptional communication skills to engage with and support customers via phone, in store and email.
* Providing a first-class customer experience, always working with integrity.
* An outgoing, friendly personality to easily build rapport with customers.
