About the role - Organisational Change Manager
Development of a change management framework and templates for the Branch, to uplift change management maturity.
Duties - Organisational Change Manager
* Providing strategic advice and coaching to project and program teams to drive successful adoption, manage resistance, and improve business confidence
* Develop and execute overarching change strategies, roadmap and integrated plans to minimise change fatigue
* Monitoring and reporting on change progress and benefits realisation
Skills / Experience - Organisational Change Manager
* Experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks, strategies and plans across portfolios of work
* Experience leading and executing change management activities across complex portfolios, programs and projects in the Public Sector
* Experience applying and integrating change management methodologies to program delivery, and project waterfall and agile delivery
