About the Position:
A seasoned Project Manager is required to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within specified scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves monitoring project updates and communicating effectively with stakeholders, clients, or team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full lifecycle of construction projects, encompassing project planning, budgeting, design, procurement, and close-out processes.
* Conduct thorough reviews and provide comments on construction documents, such as drawings and specifications.
* Collaborate and coordinate with other departments, consultants, and contractor teams throughout the project.
* Maintain oversight of project works to ensure alignment with progress, cost, and quality expectations.
* Provide support to senior management on project delivery and business development activities.
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 years of experience in construction project management, preferably gained in consultancy and/or developer roles.
* Experience in residential, service apartment, or hotel projects is highly preferred.
* Building Information Modelling (BIM) expertise is mandatory.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
* Degree holder in Building/Civil Engineering/Building Surveying/Construction Management/Academic Studies or equivalent.
