As a catering assistant/kitchen hand you will be responsible for enhancing residents' dining experience by ensuring and maintaining a personalised and customer-focused approach while maintaining food safety practices in line with regulations. You will be reporting to the Manager of Residential Services and working with the care, health and hospitality team
* Permanent - Part Time & casual positions available

Your Contribution
* Provide a varied and nutritional food service, which meets the needs of the aged residents within the residential aged care setting.
* Provide excellent personalised service to our residents.
* Prepare meals and drinks.
* Distribute meals to residents, assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties.
* Dining room services.
* Complete documentation.
* Exhibit our values of Kindness, Integrity, Connection and Optimism in all interactions
The Essentials
* Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
* Completion of a HACCP course (or willing to complete)
* Written and oral communication skills.
* Current National Criminal History Check (within the last three years) suitable for aged care (or willing to obtain)
