Key Responsibilities:
* Lead large teams to meet production targets and KPIs.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote a strong safety culture.
* Manage end-to-end product flow through the processing facility.
* Implement quality assurance by monitoring labelling, packaging, and storage conditions.
* Ensure accurate documentation management.
* Provide direct leadership on the floor, maintaining high performance standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a processing environment.
* Previous experience in seafood processing is desirable.
* Proven track record of delivering operational outcomes.
* Critical competencies in Leadership, Safety Culture, Quality Results Orientation, Judgement, Problem Solving.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A hands-on leader who can work effectively with their team.
