Based in Queensland, we are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Account Manager – Digital Health Solutions to join our high performing Sales team. This exciting opportunity is a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract for parental leave coverage. As a key member of our team, you will contribute directly to the operational and strategic objectives of achieving rapid, profitable and sustainable sales growth.
About the role:
* Account management and sales achievement within the QLD territory for the DHS portfolio
* Development and execution of territory business plans
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders
* Supporting tenders, quotations, and influencing specifications to maximise success rates
* Conducting product demonstrations, site visits, and in-service education as required
* Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives
* Ensuring compliance with WHSE and Quality Management requirements
About you:
* Minimum 5+ years' sales experience withinthe digital or IT solutions space, ideally within the medical / healthcare industry.
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM tools, including Salesforce
* Ability to work autonomously, travel regionally, and manage multiple priorities effectively
