About The Company
Our client is a family-owned business with a strong reputation for delivering high-end residential construction projects across New South Wales predominantly in Metropolitan Sydney.
They prioritise building long-term relationships with clients through a collaborative approach and undertake approximately twenty major projects each year.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the delivery of multiple residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion ensuring quality budget and schedule targets are consistently achieved.
Reporting to senior management your responsibilities will include :
Overseeing and coordinating construction operations trades and subcontractors
Managing project budgets schedules and compliance with Australian Standards
Forecasting labour materials and construction timelines
Liaising with clients architects and contract administrators
Conducting pre-construction planning and weekly site meetings
Monitoring defects rectifications and quality control reviews
Creating and maintaining construction documentation and reports
About You
The successful candidate will have :
Minimum 2 years experience as a Foreman or Project Manager in high-end residential construction
Carpentry trade qualification (essential)
Strong administrative planning and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets schedules and multiple work fronts
Strong understanding of design construction methods and aesthetics
