**Laboratory Technician - Biochemistry**

- $36/hour + Super

**About The Company**
Our client is a world leader in supporting science and has a state-of-the-art facility in Brisbane that specializes in clinical and commercial manufacturing and single-use biologics technology. The Brisbane site boasts expertise in GMP for clinical and commercial manufacturing and is in a period of growth and expansion.
**About The Position**
Based at our client's manufacturing facility, you will work within the Quality Control department and report to the team leader. You will work closely with other labs on-site as well as manufacturing and external labs.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Participate in activities related to analytical development and QC test strategy to support the client's requirements
- Ensure that the execution of studies is according to current guidelines
- Sound knowledge of equipment used for the execution of test records (qPCR, ELISA, Endotoxin, etc.)
- Assessment of analysis against predefined specifications
**About You**
- Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
- Experience in a GMP environment
- Familiar with Aseptic techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours/days
