About The Role
We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead and execute CNW's strategy within the WA region, with a clear focus on driving profitability and building our business for long-term success. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our branch network by establishing structure, capability, accountability, and strong leadership at every level.
As General Manager, you will work closely with Branch Managers to deliver CNW's strategy, develop high performing teams, grow active customer accounts, and ensure consistent standards across all branches. You will act as the key conduit between branch teams and the Support Office, driving alignment, effective communication, and results.
What You Will Bring to the Role
Demonstrated senior leadership experience managing multi-site teams or branch networks.
Proven track record of driving profitable growth across multiple locations.
Strong people leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Experience building structure, accountability, and capability within teams to lift performance.
Solid commercial acumen with a clear understanding of profitability, operational discipline, and risk management.
Proactive, confident leader with the ability to drive change and challenge constructively.
A strong commitment to health and safety as a non-negotiable priority.
Based or willing to relocate to WA.
Valid open Australian driver's licence.
