Archie's Southwest are seeking a Chef to operate our busy venue in Dolphin Quay Mandurah Marina. We have a part time or full time position available, dependent on the preference of the candidate.
We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in a busy kitchen.
Responsibilities;
* Follow checklists
* Ensure stock levels are sufficient
* Ensure Kitchen Cleanliness
* Assist with training kitchen team members
* Communicate with management in regards to issues which may arise
* Attend shift on time
* Always attend shift well presented in uniform
* Produce quality dishes as per standard
