Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling TikTok Shop growth through affiliate partnerships and optimized e-commerce operations, ensuring consistent revenue growth and strong creator performance. Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale through TikTok Affiliate Center and TikTok Creator Marketplace Build and manage a high-performing affiliate network from the ground up, focusing on engagement and revenue generation Negotiate commission structures and maintain strong long-term relationships with creators and influencers Develop creative briefs aligned with TikTok trends to maximize content performance and conversion rates Execute product seeding strategies and track ROI from creator collaborations and campaigns Launch and manage TikTok Live events, flash sales, and creator-led campaigns to increase GMV Optimize product listings in TikTok Seller Center, including titles, visuals, pricing, and promotional offers Monitor shop performance metrics such as reviews, fulfillment, compliance, affiliate GMV, and conversion rates Analyze campaign and affiliate performance, delivering weekly reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations Requirements: This role requires strong experience in TikTok Shop operations, influencer marketing, and performance-driven affiliate growth within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
