About the Role
* Support the delivery of real estate and infrastructure advisory projects
* Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling and business cases
* Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform client outcomes
* Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables
* Apply structured analytical thinking to research, interpret and assess property, market and financial data and trends
* Conduct market, industry and policy research relevant to infrastructure, property and development projects
* Support proposals, submissions and project administration
* Collaborate with experienced consultants across multiple projects
About You
* You are passionate about the real estate sector with previous relevant experience in consulting, real estate, infrastructure or professional services
* Tertiary qualified in property, economics, finance, planning, engineering, commerce or a related discipline
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confident in building workplace connections and collaborating within teams
* Inclusive, adaptable and open to feedback and new challenges
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
