Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are providing excellent service to our guests
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel
* Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
* Identify and report any maintenance issues or hazards
* Inspect rooms to ensure they meet our quality standards
* Assist with guest queries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality environment
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a rotating roster including morning and evening shifts, public holidays, and weekends
