What will you do?
* Lead and mentor the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
* Train and develop team members, sharing your passion and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated work ethic
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals
* Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
* Drive change by implement upselling and promotional programs
* Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
More About You
* Previous hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and RP Badge
* Food Safety certificate
* Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
* Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including early morning starts (from 4am) and evening close‑of‑trade shifts.
