We currently have a rare and fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our **South Melbourne **dealership.**In this role, you will become part of our City Mazda team, supporting our Sales department with coordinating new vehicle handovers / deliveries to our highly valued Guests. This is an exciting time for our Guests and your role in coordinating New Vehicle handovers is an important one!

**About the role**:
- Coordinating car deliveries from preparation to delivery
- Maintain contact with customers awaiting their vehicle delivery
- Coordinate delivery dates with Pre Delivery teams and customers
- Prepare relevant documents needed
- Obtaining required registration documentation from customers prior to delivery
- Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
- Work collaboratively with the cars sales team and F&I; team
- Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's
**Do you have?**
- Strong administration experience
- Passion for providing great customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- High levels of attention to detail
- VicRoads online experience would be a bonus!
