About the opportunity:
We are seeking an individual who shares our passion and will be a driving force in both teaching and research.
You will be at the forefront of building meaningful connections with domestic and international stakeholders, including industry experts. Your contributions will help shape our scholarly and collegial community, offering the opportunity to inspire, innovate, and make a lasting impact across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver innovative curriculum development and teaching in medical imaging
- Contribute to strategic planning at faculty and university levels
- Build and maintain partnerships with industry and academic stakeholders
- Support and mentor students across undergraduate and postgraduate programs
- Advance research or scholarship in medical imaging and related fields
- About You To be successful in this role, you will be:
- An experienced leader in medical imaging with a robust academic or clinical background
- Skilled in curriculum design and delivery, with a track record of scholarly achievement
- Collaborative, strategic, and committed to student success and academic excellence
Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for this role, it is highly desirable—though not essential—that you hold a postgraduate qualification in Medical Imaging or a closely related field. Candidates with extensive clinical experience or a background in managing small teams are strongly encouraged to apply. We also welcome applicants who are currently working towards a Master’s or PhD in Medical Imaging.
You will also need to be eligible for or currently hold MRPBA Registration to practice as a medical radiation practitioner (diagnostic radiographer) with relevant specialisation.
