**Position**: - Call Center Executive - No Outbound/Cold Calling

**About the Role**:
- You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support - **INBOUND ONLY NO COLD CALLING.**:
- Understand about the issue customer has called for and transfer to the right department - Online or Onsite
- After scheduling the appointment, co-ordinate with Online or Onsite IT Technicians for service delivery.
- Target Oriented Profile.
- Attractive Incentives if you achieve targets.
**Essential Requirements for this role**:
- **Prior Experience in Call Center Operations/Customer Service/Sales/Appointment setter in Australia is MANDATORY.**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Phone Manners.
- Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
- Strong Sales and Up-selling Skills
- Target Oriented Person.
- Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission
- Overtime pay

- Glen Waverley, VIC 3150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Call centre: 1 year (preferred)
