What you'll be doing
Joining the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) ACAS will mean you will be part of a dynamic team with various sites providing Aged Care Assessment to NSLHD. Excellent education and supervision is provided on an ongoing basis. The team will welcome applications from all those with strong interest and passion for working with older persons and who possess excellent administration skills. Applicants need to have a strong commitment to working to a high standard and within very tight time frames.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, carers, health professionals, and service providers. Proven experience in preparing accurate documentation, responding to enquiries promptly, and conveying information clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment and proven capacity to manage tasks autonomously while contributing positively to team goals.
* Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency with email applications, e.g., Microsoft Outlook, with Microsoft Office and with patient record systems.
* Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems, with a commitment to ongoing learning and the application of emerging tools to support efficient service delivery.
