Skills & Duties
* Lead sales for the targeted markets/countries to deliver the agreed sales and profit business targets for the company.
* Previous experience as a business development manager, sales manager, sales executive, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company nationally or globally.
* Chiefly responsible for the engagement and leadership of the customer relationship for the specific targeted prospects.
* Engagement of the company senior executives for sales activities including business planning, business target setting and business progress updates to plan.
* Develop and deliver strategic sales plan and route to market planning.
* Help support the development of the international sales team with systems, processes, and structure to deliver the required business growth.
* Support the development of international markets as required.
* Design and grow global sales based on geographical location, product portfolio, and business growth.
* Work with marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure strategic pricing guidelines will provide required profit and return on investment.
* Develop tactical pricing guidelines with marketing to systemise pricing and manage negotiations with customers.
* Primary responsibility for customer data systems in the company for specific customers.
* Build customer revenue from existing products with B2B Direct, Distributor and OEM channels whilst supporting the development of new products based on customer feedback and Technology/Product development plans.
