Due to the continued growth of our operations, we are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Aquaculture Attendant to join our farming team.
The Opportunity
* Role: Aquaculture Attendant
* Basis: Casual
* Work Hours: Monday to Friday, generally starting at 7:00 AM and finishing around 4:00 PM (up to 40 hours per week, depending on operational needs).
* Reporting To: Team Leader

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your routine will be diverse and hands-on:
* Execute post-harvest processing, including precise grading, weighing, and high-standard packing for transport.
* Follow instructions and be a collaborative team player able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adapt to changing daily farm priorities.
* Perform preventative maintenance and routine sanitation of tanks, filtration systems, and nets to ensure optimal efficiency.
* Cleaning & Safety: Working as part of a team to perform thorough cleaning of processing areas to meet strict Food Safety and WHS standards.
