About the role
Join Rasura Chiropractic Clinics' team in Coolum Beach and Alexandra Headlands, QLD as a Casual Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the smooth running of our medical clinic.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
2. Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
3. Handling patient inquiries and booking requests via phone, email or in person
4. Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
5. Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
6. Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-stocked
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
4. Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software
5. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
6. Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures would be highly advantageous
