About the role
We are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to work across our Bribie and Caloundra offices. This highly rewarding role will involve providing housing services for people who are on low income, homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Key responsibilities
* Managing a diverse housing portfolio including allocations, eligibility assessments, rent management, and referral advice;
* Proactive tenancy and property management to sustain tenancies and provide quality customer service;
* Promoting tenant participation through community engagement activities and conducting periodic property inspections.
Requirements
* A Certificate IV in Social Housing or relevant experience in rental property/tenancy management or other community services roles working within a legislative environment;
* Current driver's licence; current National Police Certificate, and Blue Card - or the ability to acquire these clearances;
