Position Overview
Aussie has been helping Australians achieve homeownership for over 30 years. We are looking for a Home Loan Specialist in Sydney to support our AI-enhanced home loan platform and grow a referral-rich property journey.
In This Role – Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, email, and video – no cold leads.
Use the #1 Australian home loan platform to deliver 4x faster settlements.
Book pre-qualified appointments and submit deals to the in-house processing team – we handle the admin.
Access referral income beyond broking, including buyer's agents and conveyancing.
Qualifications
Experience in phone-based sales roles (insurance, solar, tech, etc.) OR mortgage broking, lending, or financial services.
A passion for helping Australians navigate property ownership.
Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it – we can help).
Unrestricted Australian working rights.
