Overview
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant, APAC who will serve as the technical counterpart to our sales team and work closely with Customers, Partners and prospects. This candidate will help with sales meetings, scope client requirements, and run product demonstrations. The Solutions Consulting team also provides product knowledge support to the Sales Team as part of presales discussions for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Work to help qualify and close deals from a technical requirements perspective with Sales and development partners/agencies.
- Engage with clients through requirements discovery and strategic consulting sessions.
- Create customized product demos and proof of concepts for use during virtual or on-site client demonstrations.
- Act as a SME on projects with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in online webinars and in-person events/speaking engagements.
- Become an expert on Celigo’s application ecosystem and integrations.
- Align with product and R&D; teams on future roadmaps and share feedback on released features and client trends.
- Mentor and coach the sales team on technical aspects of the Celigo platform.
What would you do, if hired?
- Reporting directly to VP, APAC you will be supporting the company growth across the region, with customers and partners located in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Japan.
- Work with external clients, handle multiple tasks, prioritize issues, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Work independently or as part of a larger team to craft cloud integration solutions for multiple eCommerce systems, including ERP, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, eBay, QuickBooks, Zoho, Zuora, and Amazon ecosystems.
- Contribute and develop sales enablement collateral and presentations for our products and solutions. Provide critical support to the Sales Representatives.
- Be the voice of the customer internally to help shape our products and share trends with the Product engineering team.
- Determine the optimal way to position our products and services in the market and architect repeatable solutions that can be productized.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
- At least three years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or sales engineering/solution consulting
- Prior experience with an ERP, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, SAP By Design, and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
- Experience with workflow automation and integrations between cloud applications or between cloud and on-premise applications
- Understanding of integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, EDI, and Web Services
