With a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and meaningful impact, this organisation manages a diverse portfolio of investments, philanthropic initiatives, and ventures across multiple sectors.
Position Overview:
This newly created senior leadership role manages personal, property, and lifestyle operations for the UHNWI Principal, bridging vision and execution to optimise time and experiences. Based in Sydney with a global remit, it leads a multidisciplinary team and external service providers. The role requires hands-on action, ownership, and occasional domestic and U.S. travel.
Key responsibilities:
1. People Leadership & Cross-Team Coordination: Lead a multi-disciplinary team across property, lifestyle, and personal operations. Recruit, onboard, and manage staff while fostering a high-trust, service-oriented culture.
2. Property Management and Development: Oversee the Head of Property and provide strategic oversight of residential and commercial properties. Supervise property developments, upgrades, and maintenance. Set performance benchmarks and maintain high operational standards.
3. Asset Management: Manage private aircraft operations and oversee vehicle and boat maintenance. Develop maintenance schedules and ensure consistent quality and readiness.
4. Personal Life Operations: Oversee household logistics and develop tech-driven systems for organisation. Manage security protocols, staff access, and event planning. Conduct regular safety and privacy audits.
5. Governance, Risk & Reporting: Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on budgeting and reporting management for lifestyle operations, travel, assets, and property. Oversee risk management, vendor contracts, and compliance for personal life assets.
Key experience and attributes:
We believe this unique role suits individuals experienced in managing complex, high-touch operations for UHNWIs, such as Chiefs of Staff. Candidates may have begun their careers as EAs or Private PAs and progressed into operational leadership or come from senior operations roles within luxury hospitality. Additionally, lifestyle managers from family offices or operational leads in private aviation or yachting would bring highly relevant expertise.
10+ years’ experience in lifestyle operations, hospitality, asset, or residence management—ideally with exposure to family offices or ultra-high-net-worth principals.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects to a high standard.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
Success in this role means creating seamless and intuitive lifestyle and property operations, where needs are anticipated and handled proactively. You'll bring creative projects to life effortlessly, ensuring clear visibility and confidence in their management, while thoughtfully managing budgets and providing practical, insightful reporting.
