**About the role**:
Facilities Management tasks and responsibilities associated with the overall management of this retail portfolio. In addition, a proportion of the role will be allocated to other administrative based responsibilities and national initiatives as directed by the National Facilities Manager.
**Duties**:
- Management of tenant and contractor relationships through regular formal and informal meetings and other forms of communication
- Assist with the sourcing of costing information and the implementation of sustainability projects
- Assist with and management of CAPEX projects as required and instructed by the State / National Facilities Manager
- Must be computer savvy, using multiple computer software's
- Delivery of annual budgets in cooperation with the relevant PM/AM
- Flag any noncompliance items for base building and tenant related matters in KAMM
- Meet the annual compliance KPI
**Qualifications and experience required for this role**
- Trade Qualification and or relevant industry background in Facilities Management
- Retail/Shopping Centre FM experience will be advantageous
- Must have multiple site management experience
- Impeccable time and people management skills
- Project Management highly advantageous
