Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our Parts department. We provide continuous training & development programs to ensure your maximum potential is reached and aim to achieve our goal to become the #1 Dealership Group in Australia.
To be suitable for this position, you will have a good technical parts knowledge, experience in the automotive field. A forklift Licence is desirable. You will also be committed to providing exceptional customer service and have well developed communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Identifying parts and components
* Ordering parts from the warehouse and external suppliers
* Receiving and filling orders for parts
* Collecting, packing, despatching, or delivering ordered parts
* Preparing invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
* Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
* Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
* Providing advice to customers
Skills and Characteristics
* Computer savvy
* Sound communication skills – written and verbal
* Excellent time management skills
* A focus on building a strong relationship with our customers
* Highly motivated and proactive
* Knowledge of automotive parts & components/auto industry – desirable
* Forklift licence is an advantage
