Working under limited direction, our new Business Manager will ensure all incoming and outgoing work across the Branch is managed in a timely manner. The role provides government, administrative and management support to the Executive Branch Manager. This includes the secretariat function for a range of meetings, writing of reports, briefs, financial oversight and assistance with government business. The role will also include recruitment functions, co-ordination of branch planning and reporting, as well as activities and branch requirements under divisional and branch strategic plans.
The Business Manager is responsible for providing high-level support and services to the Executive Branch Manager and the leadership team. This includes diary management, co-ordinating of work which involves the whole branch and ensuring smooth operation of functions for the leadership team and Executive Branch Manager.
