We’re seeking a motivated Site Installation Supervisor to coordinate modular building installations across WA. Based in Wangara, this role involves statewide travel and offers the chance to become a key member of a growing team. What You’ll Be Doing Supervise installation crews and subcontractors on modular projects. Conduct pre-sales site inspections and recommend delivery strategies. Coordinate materials and labour for site installations. Attend pre-delivery inspections and ensure quality standards. Lead HSEQ compliance and promote a strong safety culture. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain timelines. Communicate with stakeholders and provide weekly updates. Complete client handovers and manage defect rectifications. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in construction site supervision. Proven experience in modular building installation (essential). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Databuild/Onsite Companion experience advantageous. Willingness to travel (3–4 nights per month).
