About the Role In this senior role, you will: • Lead AVS's strategic planning frameworks and develop an agreed roadmap for developing our next corporate strategy.• Manage priority cross organisational strategic projects.• Oversee corporate reporting, including AVS's Annual Reports.• Produce compelling case studies and strategic narratives.• Develop industry-focused research programs in collaboration with Agriculture Victoria.• Provide strategic analysis and advice to the Executive and Board.• Support effective governance, stakeholder engagement and service provider management. About You You bring: • Experience in strategy, policy, corporate planning or organisational improvement (government, research or science commercialisation contexts ideal).• Strong analytical and communication skills, including strategic writing.• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.• Tertiary qualification in public policy, business, economics, agriculture, science or related field.
