This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with team leadership. Whether you're an established leader or looking to step into a leadership role for the first time, we'll support your growth every step of the way.
You'll:
* Manage a caseload of NDIS participants and deliver high-quality therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
* Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early career clinicians.
* Support team operations including scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisation.
* Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
* Stay up to date with NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA or SPA registration.
* Strong clinical skills and a passion for mentoring others.
* Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
* Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice.
