We’re on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to join a growing Sydney based construction team and help shape the future of our construction projects. As an Estimator, you’ll be instrumental in developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong market relationships. You’ll take the lead in identifying risk/reward factors on projects, ensuring seamless tender processes, and collaborating across senior teams to drive innovative, efficient construction solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of construction projects Identifying and mitigating potential project risks during the preconstruction phase Collaborating with Senior Executives and Bid Management to align on strategy and outcomes Working with Business Development to establish achievable timeframes and support new business initiatives Exploring and developing innovative construction methodologies that improve project delivery What We’re Looking For: At least 3 years' experience in construction estimating (commercial, residential, or civil) Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence working in high-pressure environments and managing multiple priorities A proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for continuous improvement Why Join?
