Your New Role
Club Managers play an integral role in the success of a Jetts club due to the strength of the relationships they have with our Members and Team. No two days are the same in the role of a Club Manager but some of your responsibilities will include;
- Lead the Team: Inspire, manage, and build your fitness team which will consist of Personal Trainers and an Exercise Physiologist.
- Create a Buzz: Plan and promote exciting events, challenges, and community activities that keep our members engaged and coming back for more.
- Ensure Smooth Operations: Keep the gym running like a well-oiled machine, from scheduling to maintenance through to maintaining a slick member management system.
- Member Magic: Cultivate a welcoming, supportive environment where every member feels like a VIP.
- Best in class: Ensure the Club upholds the brand standards and expectations including safety, stock management, equipment standards and cleanliness.
- Performance Power: Monitor and boost membership sales, retention rates, and overall club performance.
We're looking for a special person to run our BRAND NEW club in Mount Duneed. Does this sound like you?
This is a mid-level position whereby the successful person will ideally have some experience in running high performing clubs. This role offers full ownership of the club operations and growth. You will be supported to succeed all while demonstrating a skillful ability to work autonomously and deliver the club performance expectations.
