* Clinical Requirements Certificate (CRC)
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Indemnity insurance cover
* Medicare provider number registration

* Declaration of compliance with NSW health declarations (e.g. Hepatitis B; Tuberculosis; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct)
