📍 Motel – Wine Region Location
Motel is a boutique countryside motel located in a beautiful wine region. We are currently seeking a responsible and hardworking people to join our team as Front Desk & Operations Support & partly housekeeping.
This role is ideal for people who are looking for long-term stability, rural lifestyle experience, and potential visa sponsorship opportunities. also good for a couple.
🏡 Position Overview
* 5 days per week
* On-site accommodation provided
* Accommodation is provided free of charge
* Must stay on property during peak holiday seasons
* Busy during public holidays and wine season
🏡 Free Accommodation
👥 Welcome a Couple :
* One partner manages front desk and reservations
* One partner assists with housekeeping / maintenance support
🚗 Requirements
* Valid driver's licence (at least one partner)
* Able to drive (company vehicle available when required)
* Good English communication skills
* Intermediate level English proficiency is required for effective communication
* Basic computer skills
* Must have email and internet proficiency as a minimum computer skill requirement
* Previous hotel/motel experience preferred
* Willing to live and work in a rural wine region

🛎 Main Responsibilities
* Guest check-in / check-out
* Managing bookings and OTA platforms
* Handling guest enquiries and complaints
* Coordinating cleaning schedules
* Basic maintenance reporting
* Monitoring water tank and gas supply levels (training provided)
* Ensuring smooth operations during peak seasons
🛂 Visa Sponsorship (482 Visa)
Motel is open to sponsoring eligible candidates under the 482 Temporary Skill Shortage visa, subject to:
* Meeting skill and experience requirements
* Demonstrating genuine commitment to long-term employment
* Passing required skill assessments (if applicable)
* English and visa eligibility requirements
Sponsorship is performance-based and will only be considered for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability.
