Represent FabTechSol to global clients. Handle discovery calls, present proposals, and close deals. Earn per meeting or per hour in PKR — no fixed schedule, no ceiling on what you earn.

What we need is someone who can open those conversations, nurture them, and turn prospects into long-term partners. We don\'t just build software — we build long-term partnerships. And we need the right person to represent that vision, no matter where in the world they are.

What You\'ll Be Doing

* Discovery & Requirements Calls — Handle first-contact and qualification calls with international clients; understand their business, their problem, and what a successful outcome looks like.
* Proposal Crafting — Work with our technical team to craft customized project proposals, realistic timelines, and scopes that win trust — not just deals.
* Client Onboarding — Guide new clients through their first steps with FabTechSol; set expectations, introduce the team, and make the transition from prospect to partner seamless.
* Long-term Relationship Nurturing — Stay close to clients beyond the first project; identify new opportunities, resolve friction early, and build trust that turns one project into a long-term partnership.
* Pipeline Management — Keep a clean, organized pipeline; know which leads are worth pursuing, when to follow up, and when to move on, and document it properly so nothing falls through.

How You Get Paid

Freelance model — you propose your rate, we agree, and you get paid per activity. No fixed hours, no employment contract.

Per Meeting Rate

You set a fixed PKR amount per discovery call or follow-up meeting you conduct with a prospect. Paid regardless of deal outcome.

Per Hour Rate

Set your PKR/hour rate and log hours for calls, follow-ups, and proposal work. You choose what works for you.

More meetings, more calls, more deals — more income. Strong performers get priority leads and expanded territory.

What We\'re Looking For

Essential requirements — check all that apply to you

* Excellent English — spoken and written at a professional, client-facing level
* Confident on video/audio calls with international clients
* Understanding of IT/software projects — web, mobile, SaaS, AI
* Ability to handle objections and negotiate scope, timelines, and budgets
* Proactive, organised, and self-driven with a remote-ready mindset

A Big Plus If You Have

* Prior IT sales, business development, or client-facing experience
* Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, Australia)
* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
* Background in software agencies or SaaS companies
* Strong LinkedIn presence or existing professional network in target markets

Time Zone Note

Our clients are primarily in the US, UK, and EU. You must be willing to schedule calls across different time zones — including early mornings or evenings depending on your location. This flexibility is essential for remote sales.
