Administration Officer
We are seeking a proactive and organised professional to manage work order processes, provide secretarial support, and coordinate with tradespeople and contractors.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in our engineering services department, working as part of a small, supportive team. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing letters, memos, reports, and taking minutes.
* Maintaining work requests in the computerised system, ensuring accuracy of asset names and job details.
* Printing and issuing work orders, collecting completed work, and recording job details into the system.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated clerical and administrative experience, strong communication skills, and a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
