A Global Sales Leader is required to drive national sales efforts across direct and distributor channels, building and maintaining relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers.
Job Description:
* Strategically lead national sales initiatives to achieve business growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support tenders and complex sales.
* Develop and execute lead generation and long-cycle sales strategies.
* Travel nationally and occasionally internationally to engage with clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally through distributor networks or directly to sectors like education, hospitality, healthcare, law enforcement, and mining.
* Strong understanding of distributor networks and solution-based selling.
* Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate autonomously while guiding team members towards shared goals.
* Experience selling commercial kitchen and laundry equipment is desirable but not essential.
