Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Botany, NSW

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Super
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Botany. Working Monday to Friday, you will play a key role in ensuring all manufactured products meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
* Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and industry requirements.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
* Conduct root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and reports.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role within manufacturing.
* Experience working with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO standards).
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
* Experience within highly regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, mining, or medical devices.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
