Marketing and Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator. This is a unique hybrid position that blends client-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes marketing and administrative support.
Job Description
* Client-Facing Responsibilities: You will be the first point of contact for clients, answering incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a warm and professional manner.
* Administrative Support: You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team, including opening, closing, and archiving client files, maintaining a tidy front-of-house, and upholding our high standard of presentation.
* Marketing and Communications: You will assist with implementing our marketing plan, scheduling and posting engaging social media content, tracking marketing activities, and generating monthly reports.
