Overview
The Project Manager will be a valued member of the Infrastructure Services Delivery (ISD) Department to lead and undertake a range of capital works projects (new builds and refurbishments) that enhance patient care and service delivery. From inception to completion using the ISD Project Management Framework your focus will be on delivering projects within the constraints of quality, time and cost, while ensuring strong project governance and alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead and undertake a range of capital works projects (new builds and refurbishments) within ISD Project Management Framework.
* Deliver projects within quality, time and cost constraints with strong governance and alignment to strategic goals.
Qualifications
* Project Management or other relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience managing projects using structured project management methods and tools.
* Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
* Demonstrated project governance experience and liaising at executive level.
* Excellent communication skills, with experience of engaging with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
* Experience in budget management and financial reconciliation.
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive briefing notes, project management plans, and project documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project is a must; experience in managing capital projects will be highly regarded. Note this is not a technical construction role or ICT-based role.
