About the Role: As our Compliance Administrator Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our subcontractor compliance process. You’ll ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements. From coordinating inductions to updating client portals and maintaining compliance registers, your work will directly support operational excellence across the country. Key Responsibilities: · Documentation Management – Maintain accurate records of subcontractor compliance documents, licenses, and insurances. · Induction Coordination – Schedule and record induction training for subcontractor staff across multiple sites. · Client Portal Updates – Ensure subcontractor staff details are uploaded and maintained across client platforms. · Compliance Registers – Keep internal systems and registers up to date with precision and consistency. · Document Creation – Format and edit Microsoft documents to support compliance and operational needs. · Stakeholder Support – Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
