We are looking to appoint a Rental Coordinator at our Moranbah Branch who will be the primary day to day point of contact for all customer requirements.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring superior customer service is achieved
* Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis
* Completing all pre and post-rental procedures
* Ensuring the contract paperwork is accurately completed
* Inspecting the returned vehicle and completing the necessary reports
* Discussing damage and missing items with the customer and resolving the matter before finalising the contract
* Liaising with the National Sales team members for any major customer interactions and transactions
* Performing administration duties as required
We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in customer service, hospitality & tourism or administration. Additionally, the position also requires the following:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the business
* High attention to detail
* Sound computer literacy skills
* License to drive manual vehicles (C class)
* Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageous
