Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver municipal and community services, including waste management, community events, and night patrols.

Requirements:
* Leadership experience in operations and/or municipal services.
* Hands-on leadership style and ability to lead by example.

* Practical skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring and motivating diverse teams.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and time management.
* Financial management expertise and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* A current manual driver's license and the ability to adapt to remote community living.
