Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
* Manage fleet maintenance and repairs according to NHVR accreditation requirements.
* Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams.
* Prioritize and resolve defect repair requisitions (DRRs) efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies.
* Lead and develop a team to uphold performance and safety standards.
Requirements
* Heavy Diesel qualification with leadership or management training.
* Experience in truck and trailer maintenance with a strong emphasis on quality control.
* Leadership experience in a workshop or fleet setting.
* Strong problem-solving skills focusing on safety and compliance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP software.
