Business Development & Brand Manager – Airbnb Property Management (15–30 hrs / Flexible)
We're looking for a people-focused Business Development & Brand Manager to help grow our Airbnb and short-term rental property management business. This role combines relationship building, business growth, and brand direction — ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has an eye for detail.
This role offers full flexibility, with 15–30 hours per week, depending on the right person.
Could be the perfect role for someone with kids looking for something part-time
What you'll do
* Develop new business opportunities with property owners and partners
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Help steer and strengthen the company's brand image and reputation
* Support marketing initiatives, content, and campaigns
* Review marketing and client materials with a strong eye for detail
* Help onboard new clients and ensure properties are ready for listing
* Help develop systems and processes to make the business more efficient
* Liaise with ground crew
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and people skills
* Tech skills / ability to learn is crucial - we do work online and do use a number of software solutions
* Experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles
* Marketing or brand experience (highly regarded)
* Experience growing social media presence (not essential)
* Detail-oriented with a commercial mindset
* Self-motivated and comfortable working flexibly
* Must be able to work autonomously
* Has a flare for styling + decorating
* Must have a car - the workplace is mostly flexible and can be done from home for the most part
