**The role**: ACH Group has an exciting opportunity to join the team at Perry Park in Port Noarlunga. The role is being offered on a part-time (0.6 FTE) basis, working five hours a day Monday to Friday.
Delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for customer, staff and visitors and to provide high quality administrative support services for the residential care home.
**What you'll do**:
- Maintain a tidy, warm, friendly and welcoming environment
- Assist with processing payments
- Document, register and record keeping and updates
- Manage the visitors and contractor signing into the register
- Organise incoming and outgoing mail
- Liaise with various staff at the care home
- Other administration support as required
About You
This role is suited for someone who has had experience in a reception/administration role, with initiative, a positive can-do attitude, with a motivation to make a difference, together with effective communication skills to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders, in addition to:
- Computer savvy: ability to use Microsoft Office suite and learn a range of databases
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- High degree of accuracy in your work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to deal with a wide range of customers
- Ability to multi-task
- Collaborative approach to your work and a supportive team player
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
